Personal Plans offer individual coverage for employees and retirees of eligible churches and organizations. Seminary students may also be eligible to participate in certain Personal Plans products.

Health Plan Notice: Employees of eligible Personal Plans employers may apply for health coverage (for themselves and eligible family members) at any time by submitting an online application through this tool. Evidence of good health is not required for applicants who apply within 60 days of new employment or dependent acquisition (e.g., marriage, birth, adoption).
Group Plans offer group coverage for churches and organizations with two or more full-time, enrolled employees. Disability coverage requires two or more employees. Group employers can request a customized proposal for their church or organization.
